On September 24, 2009, RaySharp released a new version (version 2.4.6) of Ray-Sharp DVR Player. The current version of the DVR Player is 2.4.5 which is for PC (Windows XP/Vista/Win7/Win8).

One-third of America's 34.6 million "low-income consumers" – the group that can least afford to miss a payment – face difficulties in paying their bills, according to a new study from the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
With only 9 percent of American consumers having access to a credit card – some 7.5 million – the new credit card from Bank of America and Chase makes it easier to get those consumers on the road to credit rehabilitation.
"It's designed to put consumers on a path to financially healthy credit behaviors, including paying bills on time and regularly re-establishing credit,” said Kimberly Krawczyk, senior vice president at Bank of America.
“By providing a convenient way for people to pay their bills, the card can help them build credit and get access to credit when they need it most, which can be a life-changing experience,” she added.
“The Rewards Card is built around the premise that while consumers with the best credit scores are able to take out a credit card if they want one, those with less-than-perfect credit may need to be directed to the right resources," said Jeanette Casselano, vice president of products for Chase.
